Hi I’m Sübi!

I love to connect my passion for cooking with the love for my home country Switzerland. My goal is to remove the bad stigma around Swiss food.

My biggest project so far is my Swiss Cantons Series where I cooked one typcial dish from each of our 26 Cantons. It was very successful and I learnt a lot about the variety in our cuisine. It included everything From cheesy tarts, to roasts all the way to very strange dishes many locals didn’t even know about.
